Hiya folks,
I have read a few posts discussing the problems with Zepto's UK branch and their lack of customer service etc. and sadly i have another complaint to issue.
After seeing a Zepto Znote and the great price tag on it in WhatLaptop mag, i hopped online and ordered a 6214 with pretty high specs straight away. That was on the 12th of dec (christmas pressie for myself).
The order went through no problems and after calling the UK office for confirmation i was happy and settled down for the supposed 7 day (max) wait as specified in the terms of delivery.
After 5 days i gave the office another call, just to check up on things; delivery was scheduled for the 19th. Not too bad i thought to myself. Along comes the 19th, and big surprise, no sign of a laptop.
A third call to Zepto UK informed me that the laptop should be arriving on the 22nd. Brilliant i thought to myself, a day before i leave to spend christmas with the family...Spent all of today (the 22nd) staying in just in case the delivery came, not a peep. What's more, there seemed to be no-one in the UK office i could contact, despite the fact that they supposedly work mon-friday.
If the laptop doesnt arrive in the few hours left of today chances are im not going to see it until mid-january, that isnt good enough for me. Frankly i dont see what i or anyone can do about this, i would just like to know where the thing is.
Any help from anyone with a similar experience would be greatly appreciated!!

Exactly the same problems, contact [email protected] he is aware of the problems in the UK and will be as helpful as he can.
His quick actions are the only reason I have not cancelled my order,he did tell me that Zepto are out of TV Cards and will have none until after Christmas.
Seems a real shame they such problems with nusystems, its a well speced laptop at a good price but the UK service is non-excistant
