I have a 6324W and I got tired of the strange behaviour and program crashing on Vista even though I had 3GB ram & 1gb of turbo memory so I've down(up?)graded to Windows XP and since Windows XP doesn't support Turbo Memory(right?) is there a way to disable it in bios or some other way?

Lenovo offers a "Disabling tool for Intel Turbo Memory Driver under Windows XP & 2000", Since Zepto supports both Vista & XP, do they have a similar tool?

i would just leave it uninstalled. it looks like the disabling tool just takes the ! away from an already disabled device...

That's of course an option, but I'm a Device Manager clean freak and would prefer it if I could disable it in bios so that windows wouldn't even know it was there, so that it won't be able to cause any problems in the future..

It's not the TPM. Try something like DFOROM (Robson) under the Intel chipset. However, I don't know if this disables it to the extent that it is hidden, or just stops it working.
