From all that I've read, it seems that P1 is really good, albeit a bit expensive. My question is, has anyone had a bad experience? Or are there any things about the computer that are less than ideal?

I understand that no computer is perfect, and I'm well aware of the major problems with some of the big brands, but I know little about P1.

Yeah, On the negative side, I can't wait for them to update to a new model.

Well I don't know if this is necessarily a bad thing, but they took away the option of fully configuring a Sony SZ like the day after I decided I wanted one.

Sorry about that, Sony has a no return policy on the CTO's so we decided it was not the best policy for our customers, so now we will offer multiple pre-configured sku's and this month will be offering HGST's awarding 7K100 hard drive upgrades too.
