I bought this Dual Group laptop for a whole 99c. When I plug the power in the little plug light up in the small window but the screen does not light up. What do I have to do to make it boot up?? The sticker says 'best of Byte CeBit '95. 586 version. Thankyou.

    Cheers. Anne from Cairns, Aus.

I couldn't find much info on this machine, but there seem to be more people on the net looking for a manual for it. All i could find is it's a 100MHz Pentium 1 CPU, with 16Mb RAM, 800Mb HDD and a 1Mb graphic card. Are you sure there is an OS installed, or even a bios? Did the laptop come with any type of installation disks?

I believe i had a computer with similar spec's in the early 1990's, I think that was the era of Windows 3.11.
