I guess your system is a rebranded Uniwill. On Uniwill systems the keyboard is held in place by one screw and an array of little flaps at the top edge of the keyboard.

    This model is Uniwill L51II3

here is an instruction for removing the keyboard:

if it doesn't come off straight away, check if there is a screw holding it from behind. On Uniwill laptops they are usually clearly marked with a little keyboard picture

    Good luck! =)

    Please ,

(i'm new at forums so try to cope with me !!)

First I need to unlock my t43 laptop and I have been trying to find a schematic and read/wright programs for about two weeks and have only found one site (allservice) that can supply me with any info. !!! It is way out of my financial limit or as desperate as I am I would jump on any sure fired cure.
Dose any body have the PC8394T programming tools, schematic and read/wright program to read the chip or a solution for my problem.
Don't get me wrong, I will pay for a solution but I would like to build the interface to use in my computer repair business. I have worked on and built PC's since the 90's but wo0uld like to start working on Laptops cause it seems more people have a laptop than Desktops.
    Please HELP,

Can you provide some specs of your machine? Does it have integrated or discrete graphics? Also, try to point some light on the screen and see if there is any picture. It could be just an inverter that died (quite common for Uniwill laptops)

    NJoy,
Many thanks for the information which you gave to paddyboy regarding the removal of his key board, it has help me also.
I was looking to upgrade the memory in my e-system 3115 laptop/notebook.
At the moment it has 1 gig installed, and I undrestand that it could be upgraded to a max of 2 Gig.
As far as I can see there is only 1 bank in which to install the memory, so should I fit a 2 gig memory in place of the 1 gig it has at the moment.

    regards Tony
