according to the page it has x1600/1400 listed but the specification says x1300![]()
if it is the former.. it would be a pretty interesting rival to the W3J.. unfortunately ECS has had a history of making lemons![]()

That's a very nice looking computer, its so understated its attracted. Is this one coming this G420 coming USA side Goren?
-
very few resellers are willing to import ECS models, but the few that do.. were either cyberpower or ibuypower. no idea if the G420 will..but the other ECS models did make state side. As for it being the BenQ s73.. not so sure.. if it continues to use the same chassis as the S72, then no it is a different laptop.

Cyberpower and ibuypower. x.x;
-
the odm for the benq is mitac
-
I have seen the BenQ s73 in person. Is this the same notebook? The X1600 and built in TV tuner and remote is a killer combo for a 14" notebook, for the BenQ s73.
-
no it is not, this one hinges backwards (i.e the screen will go behind the chassis). the S73 hinges normally
-
That's not the S73...that's something else!
-
not really an update because its old news but doesnt seem like its been posted around here...the fcc approved it for the US in may

not sure that guarantees it makes it state side -
It does have some of the looks of the benq joybook though.
