I'm getting really really poor, weak, untimely 'support' from Eurocom... I'm shocked how unprofessional this company is...
-lack of timely response
-getting run around from sales, that pretends to be support
-when sales finally gets cornered, then takes tactic of 'I'm not support' even though they've been acting like it
-lazy support effort, except in trying to sell you something
Well, just need to let the community know, avoid Eurocom...
