I am starting this thread on behalf of forum member Zepto USA who wants to assess how many EU Zepto users still have warranty and may need warranty service. There is a reasonable stock of spare parts. It may be possible to arrange service in Europe for a fixed fee, but the first step is to ascertain the potential number of customers for the service.

We're sorry for all the 6 series owners. But we simply don't have parts for that. Zepto DK had some, but guess we'll never get those. We can do some board level repairs, but not the GPU's. However, we do have batteries, chargers, keyboards, hinges.
For the 3 series we only have batteries left. -

Well I would be interested, since I bought my laptop about 3 months ago. And im really curious what happens to my warranty now- I also posted a problem im currently dealing and if I find out, what the problem is, I would surely be in a need of some service.
I must confess, im positively surprised of Zepto USA activities here- US cityzens seem to have very effective customer support.

I have warranty left but the laptop is still working properly. Might want to buy a keyboard though depending on cost.. Just to have a spare, there arent any others around that fit for the Nox A15 im guessing?
Id also like to find out what the make and specs on the fan is in this model in case it breaks down later. Ive had it in for repairs, changed fan earlier then very shortly after purchase. Im not trusting it to last for years and years... Im not a wiz at it myself but in case it breaks i could get a fan and put it in myself... actually id like specs on everything i could possibly get specs on...

The biggest issue about the this is that the machines are specially made by Zepto. Therefor you can't find any parts from other makes/models

Yeah the Nox, Nexus, Mythos, Orion, Anthea, G14 and G15 are designed by Zepto, for Zepto, so no other places to get the parts for those.

Well, this is a great idea, thanks ZeptoUSA. I am a German customer with a Mythos A15, and I still have approx. one year of warranty left. My laptop is ok at the moment, but just in case something screws up, I'd love to use this option.

I need spare battery and hinges for 6324 if you have any. My screen just recently started to fail slightly (cannot support screen when tilted 70-60 degrees towards the keyboard, ninety being straight up. is this fixable with new hinges?)
and my 6 cell battery holds for ten minutes after two years. Normal i would guess, but my 12 cell battery never worked.. -
im in desperate need of a new fan for a NOX A14. the current fan is broken and makes the laptop overheat :'(

I have a Nox A15 with 1 year warranty left, and I'd appreaciate two spare hinges if you still have some. One of mine broke in two recently. I'm not sure I'd be able to replace 'em myself, but since the Dutch retailer has been closed down, it's better than nothing I guess. :/

I have a Nexus A15 and have broke my hinges two times, first one i got on warranty by Zepto DK (I'm a norwegian buyer) And the 2nd time, was after the bankruptcy and i've order a hinge from zepto USA for 99USD.
But, if it's possible to get this part on warranty i'll like a exstra -

I know I'm not a European customer, so this thread doesn't completely apply to me, but I would think you would want to take care of your actual US customers as well. -

He/she might just have grown tired of helping when there is no other gain for him/her in it than the fuzzy feeling you get from helping other voluntarily.
All we can do is be grateful for the help we get since we are in no position to demand anything. That being said it would be great to get some feedback whatever the feedback might be. -
i have a zepto nox, its working like it should. but i might be interested in a 9 or bigger cells battery.
