Evesham's tech support is GREAT and non of their laptops have ever let me down. Evesham are by far the best manufacturers of notebook and I could never say a bad word against them.

Go ahead and make the best decision of your life and get an Evesham.

    Evesham are awful these days.

I purchased a laptop with warranty and my screen has gone all fuzzy - it shifts to the right after a while. However if I have open up some sites or an application with mainly one colour the display moves back again.

They refuse to come out, despite having on-site warranty and insist on it going back to them.

What is the point of purchasing on-site warranty if they can just get out of it.

Evesham have superb support for desktops, but their support for notebooks is merely above average.

I hope they get themselves sorted. It seems they had expanded the retail side of the business by opening up more shops. They need to get back into their niche (having worked out what that is). Life is getting harder for the smaller companies as the big people produce better ranges of better products and can get economies of scale. I see that AJP Computers has just done a management buyout, which could be a way of writing off some debts. Watford / Savastore did it last year.

Evesham make some good notebooks. I was going to purchase of one of there better machines last November, when I realised I wanted a DX10 compatible graphics card.
Some of there latest Nieo range is made by Clevo, I think its the 600-HD, but not sure.

One things for sure, Evesham definetly are more better and consistant when it comes to desktop computers.

From what I've heard from other people and from surveys, Evesham are supposed to be very good with support etc.
