I've tried twice now to buy a laptop via zeptoexperten.se, but both times the order confirmation is incomplete with no transaction number, no confirmation mail or transaction date.

They haven't yet replied to my email.

Anyone else got a similar problem?

I phoned the danish retailer (their swedish representative wasn't there/swamped with work or something). He clearified a couple of things and verified that the order went thru despite the mangled order confirmation. He expected that my laptop will arrive in time.

    All is well.

I would like to see a different retailer than zeptoexperten.se though. I think zepto should try to focus on improving their brand. eptoexperten looks low-budget and crappy. They use your old website foundation which looks very outdated. Get something that looks good if you want to improve your brand name in sweden (which is getting a bad rep atm in swedish forums because of heat problems)

I agree that the website is cheap looking, and there's an alternative to it : zepto.se which has a more selling site.

Just wanted to chime in with my good experience with zeptoexperten.se, or rather their danish counterpart. While being unable to get in touch with the swedish representative, and no order confirmation via mail, the danish people have handled it really well. They had no problem letting me change my order when the price was lowered lowered on the website. They always respond when you phone them (altho you have to speak english .. or try danish, as their swedish-speaking guy isn't there). Plus zeptoexperten.se currently has a cheaper 6324 for sale than zepto.se. The delivery is allegedly quick too.

Steal of the ****ing century if you ask me. TBH they don't need to press their prices that much, nothing can get close to it in that price range.
