Hi i ordered Extreme 840 from xoticpc.com and installed windows 7 but the wireless doesnt seem to work. It says its working correctly, but it doesnt find the wireless network in my house. I have a netgear router, and it says there are no wireless networks available.

What can i do? I think it might be some driver problem or something like that.

Probably your drivers. Which drivers are you using?

drivers that came in the cd first, then i tried installing the Intel Pro Wireless pack, but still nothing happen. its says that the drivers wont work for this version of windows or something like that. What i dont get is if the drivers are for vista then why wouldnt it work on 7?

there are some issues with drivers in windows 7rtm and windows 7 pre release. but go to intel website and try new drivers. those in the cd are old.
