For a few month now my laptop is emitting strange noises. I guess, it's some kind of squealing problem, comparable to that of the Nvidia GTX 200 series. Here you can hear what I mean. This sound can be noticed as soon as I start the laptop, independ of the power profile or whether it runs on battery or not, however, fortunately it is way more quiet than in that video. But, it's still starting to get on my nerves, especially because it's louder/more anoying than the fan when I'm just doing office stuff.
First I thought it would be the GPU, but the problem is still there, although I changed the 8600M GT for a HD 3650.
Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Are you sure that's not cpu whine? Do you have another cpu laying around that you can use to test if the problem?
-
No.. unfortunetly not... because I guess the CPU is kinda faulty anyway. It used to jump to 94° C degree almost instantly if stress testing with prime95 and then it throttled down. The cooling system was and is ok, I double checked it many times. Therfore I used to undervolt the CPU to 1.025 V @ multiplicator 11. The CPU never goes over 75°C like this even after long hours of stress testing.
I was thinking of replacing the T7500 with a T9500, however, I lack the money at the moment. I just hope the CPU won't die on me...
FL9x squealing problem!?
