Hi ReFIXeQ. I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you've been having.

Did you flash your BIOS before having these problems? Also, have you been keeping your fan clear of dust (the cooling guide is an excellent resource for that, by the way)?

Other than that--it definitely sounds like high time you give your reseller's tech support team a call. Hopefully they can help you troubleshoot--otherwise they can also help you get some warranty work done on it.

4 days old laptop :D and no i havent flashed the bios yet ...

could u help me on doing it?

EDIT: I try'd maing a bootable cd.. but it wount boot... it doesnt even give me that option only lets me boot from hard drive and lan :S

I also try'd to make my flash disk bootable.

I get a file named kernel on it..
I extract the new bios files on the flash drive.
I reboot and boot from the flash drive
And then i get a message ''FreeDos FAT Kernel_(the _ is blinking)'' and i cant do anything i can only press the power button to restart..

Am I doing anything wrong here?

i used the MBRTool to make my flashdrive bootable.
    my flashdrive is a 128mb MP3 player

Did you just copy an image to a CD? Or did you burn the image as the cd?

It sounds more like a faulty hardware issue than a BIOS issue to me though. I'd definitely recommend giving your reseller a call. Best to get them involved in this situation.
