    Anyone know the part number for the fan or a fan that would not make the whining noise?

    I tried opening the laptop and making sure everything was tight and it was. The only solution to the fan noise I found was holding down the zero key. That is not a solution.

    I love the laptop but the high pitched whining is distracting and frankly embarrassing in a public setting. Any help is greatly appreciated.
