Fangbook X7-100

Hello everyone, long time lurker here...I have been shopping for a gaming laptop recently and so far the best price for components has been the laptop from Cyberpower. I will post the specs below. So far I have not been able to find another company that can even come close to the price that Cyberpower offers for the hardware that is in it. After shipping costs and discounts the total is $1777. I looked at their reseller ratings and they are currently at 9.75 / 10.00. I had a few questions that maybe some of you may be able to answer for me that I have not been able to find out myself. In general I am mainly going to be using this for gaming and surfing BF3, D3, SCII, Witcher, Crysis, etc. Please let me know if I should post this in a different forum as well, I thought this one would be the most appropriate though.

1. How easy is it to upgrade the Cyberpower laptops vs other makers like Sager / Clevo?
2. Does upgrading during your warranty period void the warranty with them? I know some resellers allow this.
3. I have read that it is a toss up on their customer service sometimes, does anyone have any recent dealings with them ( actually getting a problem resolved or handled )? I notice a lot of the threads here in this forum are kind of old.
4. Would anyone know of another company that would be able to provide a similar specced laptop around this price?
5. In general are their computers reliable, reasonably well made? Lid hinge, touchpad, keys, etc

I would really like to order a P170 from some of the other resellers / makers but a difference of $500 roughly is kind of hard to pass up on. If you have any thoughts on this or any other helpful information for me I would truly appreciate it.
