Hello, is there any good software for fingerprint's ? with default software I have to slide my finger about 4~ times to get it done. And anyway does anyone use it ?

It would be good if I can log in to web using finger print :)
Protector suit QL works only with internet explorer and I am using opera....

Finger-swiping gets more reliable with practice. I know it worked with earlier versions of Firefox (when I upgraded to firefox 3.0x, I got a message stating that there was no finger-print plugin available, however).

Personally, I've found it much easier to just type my passwords than rely on the finger-print reader.

Look up the driver for the fingerprint reader on your laptop model. Did your laptop come with a software cd? The driver/program u need might be on there.

I prefer using the fingerprint scanner as opposed to typing in the password every time, find it faster.

When you register your fingerprint make sure it gets a good scan of your finger or it will be more difficult for the scanner to correctly identify your finger. You may want to rescan them know your getting a feel for how to use it better.
