Hello the very few people that might help. I own a Gateway 2000 Solo 2200S5-166. It won’t boot into windows. I have windows 95 plus installed on the 1gb hard disk. Just the other day I was using it and it shut off. So I used logic to at well i need to plug it in. That didn’t do anything. Connected a CRT. Nothing. Opened up it. Yay there was nothing. I put a fresh cmos a few days ago. I put a dos 6.22 boot floppy. Nothing. I was dumb and plugged it into a old TV. Still nothing. I asked my friend and said that it was fine. Maybe a capacitor blew on the screen. If someone can help that would be good

Broken LCD. Micro-crack and it missing a layer of it. Bought a new lcd for it. Yeah I love this thing. Very simple and 95 is one of my favs. It’s good that Gateway is still making PCs. Maybe.
