Yes, it will run crysis. But don't exspect to have laptop performing like a gamer desktop. And as far as I remember there was a couple of threads about how the 8600GT graphics card performed in Crysis.
-
You can play Crysis with 1280x800 with everything on medium
You will get a fps of about 20-22 fps with a OverClock of your videocard! -
I must say that all that vegetation doesn't really look too good without anti-aliasing. Crysis isn't really something to look forward to on a laptop...
-
turn down to medium and apply some aa
-
OR, don't mind the jaggies, start enjoying the gameplay, and stop bi***ing about graphics
-
To be quite honest, Call Of Duty 4 is a much better choice for gaming on the move, as it's programmed unbelievably well. Nearly maxed settings at 1280x800 on stock 8600M GT, it looks awesome.
-
You can easily play it at 1440x900
I Like the game but not the time I've spend on it.. Only 8 hours :-s -

Thaed are you running XP? I have a 6324w speced almost the same as yours except a t7300 2ghz cpu and when the action in cod4 gets intense it lags pretty bad. That being at 800x600 most settings low/med AA off, so I just have to assume there is something wrong with my settings if ya'll play it better at higher settings. Thinking about ditching vista for xp if it might improve.
That being said, even if its a little choppy at times cod4 can be a lot of fun online, you really should buy it! Sorry for tempting you.
And sorry for hijacking your thread a bit, I think you will be satisfied with that setup, I'm pleased with my zepto overall this far. -
hmm, seems it's all for it for this Zepto then! but i was also wondering if I'de be wasting money buying it, seeing as there's a newer version coming out soon. I don't really want to buy it if it's gunna be out-of-date in 2month y'know?
-
New Zepto's will come at the end of the 2nd quarter of 2008
-
Roll on & rock on! I would love to beta or try one
-
I'll probably get one to test

I've asked for the official NBR-review, but they had 'somebody' that was going to do it!
I was waiting for that specific review for 1,5 month, that dude get paid and most of the people said my review was many many times better.... And NBR advertising blablabla 'want to get payed $40 for a review' my *ss
I have a couple of Zepto-topics on tweakers.net (Dutch website)
(and BTO-topics --> Same seller) So that's why I'm probably get a Zepto to test! -
CLB_NL well I know my boss is in contact with you, thats how you beat me to the last press release, so we will see what we can do
The 17" is very exiting, is that the one you mean?
