I've had this notebook for about half a year now, and last month the webcam stopped working. The programs I've used all said they could not detect a webcam on my system. Additionally, when I try to open up the EasyWebcam program, nothing comes up at all. I use Windows 7.

I've tried factory resetting the notebook, updating the BIOS, and activating/deactivating the webcam using Fn+F8, but neither of these did the trick. I also tried looking for the webcam under Device Manager, but I don't see the webcam in the list of devices. I heard it's supposed to show up under the Imaging category, but I don't see this category at all. Here is a snapshot I took:

I know in other threads people have said to go look on the HANNspree website and download the webcam driver.. but I don't see a webcam driver in the list of downloads, unless VGA is the one I'm looking for. This is the link I was looking at:
find yourself in Hannspree - U.S.A.

Can anyone please direct me to what I can do to fix it?

I was told by Hannspree support that OSD.zip is the webcam driver.

I don't think the OSD.zip is the webcam driver. This is the On Screen Display program files.

Neither the VGA.zip, that one is the Intel integrated graphic card driver.

I have been trying to contact Hannspree support but they are very unhelpful.

First time, they refer me to their website and user manual without knowing that there is no such thing as webcam driver.

Second time, I was asking to discuss this problem with their engineer but they just ignore my request.

It would be helpful if someone could dig up the webcam and built-in microphone model number.
