    HEL-80 Realtek LAN gone/issues

    I solved it - it seems to have been a power issue, anyways - I deleted my inquiry here.

    Just in case somebody ever has a problem with their ethernet adaoter not showing up after boot : check the bios to see if LAN is enabled, if so - then go to the device manager if using windows for example, or in ubuntu for example, "lspci" in the terminal - should show up an ethernet controller -

    Lastly, check your power strip or plug to see if there's enough juice going to your system - that happened to be my case. After hours of fiddling around with it, it happened to be that!

    I had problem with some (I dont remember what version) Realtek drivers years ago. The problem was when you disconnect Lan cable XP just stop working and everything freeze.
