NHC is telling me that my HD is above 55C, should I be worried? It's 69 degrees in my house so I don't know why it's so hot.

when I am doing something very hard drive intense (formatting, defragging, installing, or converting Avi's to dvd's) I get the exact same thing. My compal is a week old, and I had to go through it with some canned air 2 days ago, so that rules dust out. I think its just normal... which is bad, since 55C is getting closer to the max operational temp of most HDD's ( ~75C to my knowledge)
