Is anyone aware of anyone who could supply a HGL30 in the UK?

Really like the look of the spec but dont think I willbe able to get one.

www.microtronicauk.com appear to list it but they do not appear to have retail sales.

    Thanks in advance.

Perhaps Zepto will carry it. They do sell a version of the HEL80 as the Znote 2425W. Perhaps an HGL30 version is forthcoming...

I will call them on Monday. I really want a W7J/F but as it appears there is no movement on this being available in the UK  then the HGL30 appears to be the next best thing (sorry Compal people) rather than the W3J or A8F/J.

Are there any HGL30 owners in the UK and if so where did you obtain it?

    Thx in advance.

Yes the Zepto is a great m/c but no webcam or fingerprint reader.... Can do without the fingerprint but I travel all the time and its nice to have the webcam for calls home (at least lets them see me!).
Looks like I may have to go with the ASUS A8F as I just dont like the Sony SZ and there does not appear to be anything else worth concidering without going to a 15". Did think about the V1J if I can get one or the larger Compal but dont really want the size. Already has one screen snapped by the person in front reclining the seat on the plane! Ahhhhhhh.

Just wish I could get a W7J/F or the HGL30 here in the UK... :-(

either that or find someone you know who has family in the states and get one sent to them and then either send it to yourself in the uk or find someone going over there and get them 2 collect it for you....?

Be careful with that, if its posted then customs are going to be charging you for all sorts of things. We're talking several hundred pounds minimum once you factor in VAT, import duty and admin fees and no marking it as a gift does not work, I learned that the hard way.

what if you post it as a laptop which was originally bought in the uk...? and then left over there by yourself?
