RivaTuner does not officially support notebook GPU's. There's a good chance that it is wrong. Also, your memory speed is running at 400Mhz. That would imply GDDR2, since GDDR3 is usually clocked between 600-700Mhz.

But that's a chance... I want to know it for 100% sure..!? How can I do that?

You ask Zepto. They say its GDDR2. RivaTune is wrong. It shows the same thing for the Compal IFL90 and the Dell 1520 and all are GDDR2. It has been discussed many times before.

I'm sorry! Never heard of it before so that's why I asked it (A)

No need to be sorry. I guess it has not been discussed in the Zepto forum because Zepto said from the start that it is GDDR2. For the IFL90 and Dell 1520 it was not sure for a long time and then when the first RiveTune screen shots showed up (just like yours) everybody was so happy it said DDR3. But it turned out to be wrong. You need to look at the clock of the memory. If it is 400mhz (double pumped to 2x400 = 800mhz) then its GDDR2. If the memory clock is higher like in the Asus G1s (2x700 = 1400mhz) then its GDDR3.

The RivaTune is always wrong since there is no DDR3 for graphics cards. GDDR3 is based on DDR2 and not DDR3.
