I ordered a 6625 in the last few days but have not received an email confirming this. I did try to ring up but since I am in the UK, the Danish opening hours are different and it's a bit hard to fit in. Is this usual, I might have entered the email address wrong or something.

I never got one immediately either, it was only because I rang up to change something on my delivery address that I found out. I got an email 2 or 3 days later. Just got one tonight saying my 6625WD has been sent out. Not sure where from mind or how long it might take!

Update - I got a note from UPS to say it was being delivered. It is going to take about a week from the point Zepto said they had sent it out for it to actually get to me. Maybe they come from Denmark?

7 days is a long time for the delivery. I thought the standard delivery period was 3 working days.
Anyway, you should now have a tracking number and can watch the progress. I think the shipments come through Germany.

We normally send with UPS standard shipping. This takes up to 7 days from leaving us until its at the receiver.

I'm having the same problem here. I ordered Zepto 3415W date was 11.2.08 from here: http://fi.zepto.com/Shop/Default.aspx (it is the Finnish website of the firm). I have not received any kind of confirmation yet. I also cancelled that order 3 days ago. No confirmation to that either. Then I read that digicomp wich supposedly was the importer for orders in Finland is no longer working with Zepto. And I called to the number given in the website mentioned earlier. The call went to digicomp, but they had allread closed as it was late when I made the call. So now I assume that the order I made also passed to digicomp wich no longer deals with Zepto. So I think that my order really didn't go anywhere in the end. Hope someone can shed some light on me here.

I also tried to call to the numbers given at fi.zepto.com and www.zepto.com during various times of day, but there was now answer. I wonder whats going on. Well I'll keep trying lets see.
