Hi,
I have recently acquired Falcon Northwest TL with some issue.
I have tried to look at everywhere on the laptop for any S/N# or any information to indicate my model so I can use to contact Falcon support team for the solution, but I found none. My question here is how can the customer request for service from Falcon when there is no information on the notebook? (if laptop can't turn on) Or I just get ripped off with Falcon imitated notebook?
Anyone who own or used to own one, please help to clarify this question.
Thank you![]()

Are there any panels on the bottom of it? Maybe the sticker with the info is underneath one of them.

Maybe post some pictures, and we can help you out?

Where did you order it from?? Did FNW send you any sort of official confirmation e-mails when you ordered it? This information would be helpful, along with some pictures.
Hope this helps! -
I bought it used online, so it just came wihout the metal case or any other documents. Blind by its name, I jumped on it without giving it much thought.
Here are some of the photos of the laptop, the paint is nice but it can't reflect that much via these photos.

I'd pop the battery out and look underneath there, and also under the panel in the center of the bottom which I guess is either for RAM or a wireless card. I'm not sure why there's no sticker but maybe they hid it in order not to mar the uber-glossiness?

I know that laptop all too well. It is a Compal CL-56. It is the same one my Voodoo M360 is based off of.
I too have no information on the base of the laptop, but their is a sticker on the motherboard, underneath the memory card.
The memory is located right in that center panel. Remove the two memory cards, and the sticker should be there.
For instance this is mine:
and here is my notebook, looks identical to yours (falcon simply sanded the curves along the palmrest to be unique)
Good luck finding a motherboard, mine is dead too, and I have not been able to find any for a reasonable price. Voodoo wants some $500 for a new board. If you can find any let me know, cause I need a new board for mine too.

Yes, I found lot of stickers inside the memory compartment, although it does not have any Falcon related #, but it does contain the same info as your Voodoo laptop. Will try to contact Falcon support to see what will be their advice. Will let u know if there is any good deal come by.
Thanx folks! -
they should be able to help you. Surprised they didn't have some sort of # though even with their custom paintjobs you would think they'd tuck a number away inside or paint one on neatly somewhere. They'll take care of you though i'm sure
