    Help - acessed to wireless but no internet connection

    Hi!

    My son is here, has a Conpaq Presario 700. He had a virus I could not fix, a friend did and apparently just restored his laptop to an earlier point. A few issues here. mainly, he is connected to my wireless but can not get internet, I did all the standard things, made sure the settings were all correct, I am online so my wireless is not the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Also, when he did the restore a bunch if files came back that he had deleted months ago, but he can not remove them now, says they are not found? There must be a way to get them off.
