Hi , i feel stupid posting this but i have a broken keylatch ( the bit of plastic which holds the keys in ) for my t button . I have no warranty on the laptop( bought it secondhand) and it would be a shame to have to use a external keyboard over a tiny piece of plastic .

Does anyone know a supplier who would be willing to sell the la tch or if i really have to i guess i would pay for an entire keyboard .

Your help would really be appreciated and if anyone is thinking of removing keys on the hgl30 to clean them don't do it :(

    Thanks

ehh...next time use a can of compressed air. companies almost never sell just the key latch. you will probably have to replace the entire keyboard, unless someone is willing to sell you just the key.

I agree. You are very likely going to have to replace the entire keyboard. Good news is that they are usually rather inexpensive.

Give some of the resellers a call/email and I'm sure you'll be able to fix that problem very easily.
