Hi, I ordered (and paid) a Zepto Znote 6625WD from the Italian branch of Zepto. I knew all I would get was the standard email upon order submission, but almost three weeks have gone by now and no sign of life from the Italian branch or the parent company. I wrote twice asking for updates on my order and giving evidence of wire transfer, but got no reply, not even from the Danish headquarters.
Advice, anybody? Sure enough Zepto has a long way to go in customer care. I don't want to sound harsh, but to have sent your money to people that don't even bother to answer emails doesn't feel good at all...![]()

I have ordered a zepto myself. When I ordered I got emails from the zepto department fluently, even on sundays around 10 o'clock (evening that is)
And now when I ask for a status update (already send 2 mails myself to all contacts available for my country) and not a single reply, zero.
I find that this is quite disturbing, and shows a lack of costumer support.
Many people say that the only way of getting a status update from zepto is to call their phonenumber and then they'll give you an update.
In my opinion zepto should do something about this 'behaviour'

When I ordered my zepto I got replies to all of my mails within one day (was some problems with the harddrive I had chosen being out of stock and stuff). I also ordered a backpack later and got a reply on my mail there, also within one day. So I would say the swedish branch are up to speed at least. Delivery of both items was within the timelimit stated by zepto as well.

I also want to thank everybody who replied to my post. Hope that Zepto UK can do something.

I have the same problem. I'm from italy too.
I ordered 2 weeks ago and only after several emails i got an answer about my payment and order acceptation.
I emailed several times during last week both the sales service and zepto italian branch, but nobody answered.
I have NO order number yet and i'm getting a little angry about this situation.
I cancelled my order for a m1330 from Dell because they delayed my laptop for 3 months and i thought Zepto was a good choice.
Now i'm starting to have doubts about that.
I got 8 days of estimated delivery time for my laptop and those days have gone now.
Where is my computer? -
I also ordered a 6625W after a long time of consideration. I did the order a week ago, and so far i haven't received even an order confirmation.. This happened in Finland.

i had no problems getting my laptop from the reseller

Well, lucky you. I'm feeling much better after i read your post.

I recieved mine today, it had about 2 weeks delay than the promised delivery date.
But my pleasure doesn't take long... I accidently (or maybe it is not related) activated TPM and now the portable does not go further than the white Zepto screen. I hope I don't have to sent it back. -

As the one who started this thread, I am happy to announce that, thanks to ZeptoUK prompt response, my laptop was finally delivered today (original estimated delivery date: Aug 25-29). Miraculously, even the Italian Zepto branch gave a hint of life yesterday afternoon, responding to a last-ditch email I had thrown at them.
Kudos to ZeptoUK for stepping in and getting the job done and thanks again to everybody who cared to answer my first post.
Ciao!
p.s. As I am getting ready to install Vista Home Premium 64-bit on the machine, I guess I will probably bother you all with new posts in the upcoming days... -

I'm glad to hear that you are now united with your Zepto. I hope you enjoy it.
I believe that Zepto are aware that they need to improve their order acknowledgment and tracking system and I hope that something is being done.
