I was wondering if the HEL80 has any hidden screens in BIOS. I tried the old control f1 trick but no dice. I was interested in looking at various settings like memory timings and such. Any help would be great
    thanks in advance

I'm not sure, but I seriously doubt that they'd be there. Why would Compal bother to include such a thing? The laptop isn't designed to be overclocked, and 99% of users won't ever need to enter the BIOS at all.

It's different for desktop boards because companies like Gigabyte (who do use the CTRL + F1 trick) know that a fair number of their users will want to overclock and giving them the options will result in a better reputation. Hiding the screen just serves to keep newbies away from it (everyone else already knows how to get to the advanced settings).

I am also wondering if anything similar is available?
