I'm looking for a laptop for college, and I think I just found the perfect one with iBuyPower. The thing is, I haven't heard anything about them. How are they?

Look at xoticpc.com or powernotebooks.com for better options

I'll second Vedya. I ordered from xoticpc and I have nothing but good to say about them. They're awesome. Especially Justin.

Yeah, both Powernotebooks.com and XoticPC.com have a better resellerrating(Overall Customer Satisfaction Rating) then IBuyPower(PNB and XP also have reps on this forum that are active members).

Also, the notebook you are looking at is a rebranded Compal JFL92(Sager NP2092) that is sold by both Powernotebooks and xoticPC.com(other sellers of the notebook can be found in the Compal and Sager/Clevo forum.

Well, I ordered my MSI laptop from Cyberpower, which is a sister company to iBuypower, and I didn't have any problems. The only thing I would have to say about them is that their customer service sucks, but I didn't care since I know a lot about PCs and stuff that most things I could fix myself. It was really cheap too, but still, the choice is up to you...

costco is really usually great about returns though if the company doesnt help you. i know people who have returned pc's to them like 6 months later

I've just recently purchased this laptop from costco also. Shipped to my front door in 2 days, very good laptop imo, and the 2 year tech support/warranty is another plus.
