That's just a Windows question and not really Zepto related...

You have to buy a DVD with Windows XP/ Vista on it, start the laptop,
open the drive, put the DVD in and it will start automatically with installing!

You have to wait for 15 minutes (till one hour) and afther that Windows is installed!

Than you only have to install all the 6224W drivers that you have got on the cd!

Did you check BIOS settings ?
In the booting options you´ll have to set the CD/DVD drive as the first option.

Which disk did you use ?

Just make sure the optical drive is in the first place in boot order. I got some problem with my bios at first (the optical drive wasn't set properly in bios) but everything sorted out :p

No, if the customer buys the machine with Windows pre-installed a Windows XP/Vista Recovery CD/DVD (which actually is a Windows XP/Vista OEM Install CD/DVD) is provided a longside a standard driver disc.
