This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi guys.

    I'm in desperate need of a battery for my Zepto 6214w notebook and can't find where to buy one.

    There are quite a few dodgy looking websites that look like they are made by the same person...I'm scared to order from them.

    Does anyone know if this place is legit:

    I'm not impressed by some of the spelling on the website. However, they do list that group of Zepto notebooks which use the same battery (original source unknown but the notebooks were specially made for Zepto by Inventec). This battery is less expensive and the company has an address (albeit in Hong Kong).
