Averatec tech support says that I can't load a new issue of XP on my crashed Averatec 2370 and expect all the drivers to load(!) and suggested that I use the Restore disk from their store. They are out of stock and "don't know when any more will be coming" (sounds like they have dropped support for this model, eh?).

If any list member had one, and would like to make me a copy, I'd be happy to pay the cost.

I am surprised how hard it has turned out to be to do a clean install of the OS and load the drivers. Lots of problems with lots of the Averatec on-site drivers, especially the Nvidia 6100 driver for some reason. Is this related to AMD processors?

    Thanks.
