Take a look at the picture attachment. This happened 2 times in the last two hours today. Ones I was playing COD4 and other just browsing online.

Looks like a memory problem, I haven't ran any memory test yet.

Notebook is almost a year old, I have 3 gig of ram, 1gig Trancend I think and came with a notebook from XoticPC and 2gig Patriot added same day I received this notebook, never had a problem until today.

    Anybody seen this problem before?

Can Justin if you read this comment on how should I proceed?

    Thanks

Good idea, check the memory, but I personally after reading other posts, it would seem is the video card, call your vendor and explain the error (which is exactly what the error message is asking you to do).

    Ran the Memtest,

    no errors after 3.5 hours.

Should I call XoticPC or Sager directly since I have Sager2090 ordered from XoticPC.

Memtest doesn't fix anything, if memtest says nothing is wrong with your RAM, then it is your video card, and if you had issues while playing games, the issue will comeback.

It may sound funny, but try disabling onboard Broadcom Ethernet adapter. :)
If BSOD's will stop, roll drivers back to those from compal website. I was suffering from this bug (appears on all versions of windows) for free month until I finally came up with a solution. I was seriously thinking it was hardware problem, and even completely rebuild the laptop, flashed original SPDs to RAM, removed voltmod. But hay, it was damn stupid driver from the very start. :D

I don't think this is a problem, my broadcom is disabled for along time already since I only use wireless.

    No, it did not.

After running MemTest yesterday, I played COD4 for an hour, and then ran 3d Mark 06 several times to put some stress on video card, but the error did not come back.

I am still concerned, because it is not a regular BSOD you get with bunch memory addresses and error codes.

I contacted XoticPC they gave me contact info for Sager so I could deal with them directly(I have sent them a trouble ticket, and waiting for a reply, hope to get it soon). I have not heard from Sager yet, but it is still early in the morning.

Running with ZFactor here: check everything that has memory-- I know you've done RAM, but maybe your GPU, or Robson?

I am not overclocking, everything is factory specs. I do not have robson installed.

What tools can use to test memory on graphics card?

Use CPUID's HW monitor and check your temps.

Which NVIDIA driver are you using
Which Intel Turbo Memory driver are you using
Is you Fan Unit clear, meaning no dust infront of the heat-pipe.
