    Thanks for the answers!

Tim, RivaTuner works great with C2D Plugin =)

Is 70°C too hot for my VGA? My 2 CPU cores runs at this temps also.. Is it ok?

70C seems high if that is your idle temperature. Check out the cooling guide for some tips on cooling down your laptop. I also highly recommend undervolting your CPU. Doing that decreased my CPU temperature by 10C.

Your idle temperature should be in the mid 40's C to mid 50's C assuming your ambient temperature is under 75 F. With an ambient temperature above 85 F even in the low 60's C is fine.

When gaming or other heavy use 70 C is fine, and can actually go up to 90-100 C before it will shut down.

    Here is 95 °F right now.. 35° C!
While idle CPU temp stays between 62-68°C

So I think its cause its too hot here! Lol..

    I'm buying a Notebook Cooler Akasa AK-NBC-01B.. I'm expecting 5-10 °C difference..

Thanks for all the replies ppl! =)

How high should my 8600mGT be? When I play games like Crysis or BF2, my gpu spikes up from 60c idle to 80c under load. Is this fine, or should I be worried? (I also have a notebook cooler below my laptop)

That is totally normal under a heavy gaming load...nothing to worry about.
