Try removing both the battery and AC adapter from the laptop and pressing the power button down for about 15-30 seconds. Then, plug in the AC adapter only and then try powering on the laptop.

    done, and nothing change.
unpluged AC adapter, removed battery, pressed power button and holded for 20s and second time for 2min. Then pluged only AC adapter a started. Again, only short spin of fan, and blue light from power button black screen. Still wont shut down.

Maybe stupid, but are you sure it is still on when pressing the power button for shutting it down?

I just ask, because my HDD LED light is on nonstop, even if the laptop is off and also off mains - I doubt it is true for you with the power button LED, but I just wanted to ask ...

I never had such a problem - disassembling it to the most inner parts, and test bit by bit is the only idea I have ...
