i wonder what is the difference between the 9cell and the 6cell battery (besides the obvious more unplugged running time).

    Can the 9-cells fit into a typical 15.4' bag/backpack?
    what is the weight difference?

9 cells stick out of the back, it should still fit in the 15.4 bag though

It will require a larger sleeve, etc. as well. I am actually using a 17" sleeve for my HEL80 and with the added 3/4" of battery depth it fits rather well.

The bag itself is actually probably made for 15" and smaller notebooks though...since it came with a 15" standard sleeve. That sleeve had no chance of holding the HEL80.

I believe you should be able to find the weight difference on powernotebooks' specs page.

As long as you measure, it should be okay. I asked about the size in another thread, and Donald from PowerNotebooks said that the 9 cell would make it about 3/4 of an inch longer, making the dimensions.. 14" x 10.1" x 1.4~1.5" with the 6 cell, and 14" x 10.85" x 1.4~1.5" with the 9 cell. Still not as big as some other 15.4" notebooks out there (i.e. the Asus G1S which is still about .4" wider than the 9 cell).

For complete detailed specifications, including estimated battery life (battery life is very dependent on what you are doing and your settings, so it can only be estimated in a range...and for gaming cut that in half) go to http://www.powernotebooks.com/specs/PowerPro/j10-15.php

Thank you. I will not use this notebook much for gaming. But can someone give me not an estimated time, but a review of a IFL90 with 6cells. I just want the maximum time the 6cells can hold on.

There cannot be a review of a laptop that has not even begun shipping. However you will find that the battery life for the IFL90 will be very similar to the HEL80.
