    Hey I just received my laptop last week and upon receiving it the biometric fingerprint scanner was not connected. So I get an error telling me to connect it.

    I was wondering if anyone had any guides or instructions on how to open up the laptop and connect it.

    Mhh...you should call your reseller.
    There is a disassembly guide if you want to troubleshoot yourself, look for IFL90 Service manual, IFL90 030, Chapter 5.
