I have a problem with my IFL90's line out. When the AC adapter is plugged in, the line out makes a loud high pitched sound. When I unplug my adapter everything is quiet. This didn't happen a couple weeks ago, but today it started. Anyone having the same issues?

This is usually caused by a ground loop in the wiring. You can purchase a filter (such as HUM X Ground Loop Eliminator) that will remove the humming.

Also does it happen while plugged in just one particular outlet, or does it happen everywhere you plug it in? What about in other locations such home/office/library. I've seen this issue before and we initially thought it was the AC adapter so we replaced it, but the humming remained. A filter like this was what solved the problem for us.

hummm I'll have to check it out. Its strange that it just started happening yesterday, I wonder if someone plugged something new into the power or something. Thanks for the info.
Still curious if anyone else is having issues.
