    Hi,
I've been suffering from this problem for more then 6 month, but the answer was right there. The thing is that NIC that is soldered into FL90 MoBo (Broadcom NetLink) isn't compatible with Kaspersky Anti-Virus NDIS 6 filter. After acivating it and using gigabit mode, speed cuts in half and after some time of intensive use the connection breaks and the NIC stops responding until the next boot (system may even not shotdown without the use of ATX power off function). Just disable the service below and everything works fine.
Once againe after a year my laptop doesn't break in BSOD's and is perfectly stable. ^_^
