Does anyone know how I can enable C3 and C4 powersaving-states on my Compal IFL91?

I have an intel pentium dualcore t2330 CPU wich should have a C3-state according to intel specs.

But "powertop" , "dmesg | grep power" , ... shows only C1 and C2 mode for powersaving.

In Windows XP I tried rmclock to enable a deeper c-state without luck. NHC didn't work, too.

I hope anyone can help me getting my laptop running longer and more quiet.
