    I bot an IFL90 3 week ago, and by my good recommendation a friend bought an IFL91 since he uses the laptop exclusively for business.

    IFL90 is not exactly "pretty" laptop but at least for me it has a average business black plastic appearance (similar to HP laptops).
    IFL91 has the same outside appearance but the inside (keyboard & screen area) is painted silver which looks really ugly & cheap :(.

    The specs:
    T7100, 1.8GHz 2MB cache
    1GB ram
    120GB HDD
    15.4 WXGA glossy screen
    7200mAh (79wh) battery

    I made this post because I (and my friend) were really surprised by battery time. On IFL90 you get about 3.5h, and on IFL91 you get 6-6.5h on the same 79Wh battery :eek:.

    I wonder how much power does GF 8600M GT use even in 2D mode since there is so big battery run time difference and only the graphics card is different in IFL90 & IFL91?

    Sounds like your buddy bought a VBI IFL91. I must admit, they are ugly. lol

    Integrated Graphics Processors do use less battery power...

    I dunno why else.
