I was just on the OCZ website looking up the manuels on how to change CPU, MEM, and HDD and Noticed that the whitebook didn't have the EOL next to it anymore. Am I looking at ti wrong?

It's marked EOL under OEM Solutions -> Whitebooks here.

I did. I was going to go with Xoctic. Then all this went on. So I am having to go with the silly alien head instead.

You could always buy an overpriced barebone from Newegg - they seem to still have them in stock.

Then I seen in another thread that Xoctic was getting a new shoment in about 6 weeks? I am looking for the thread but can find it.
