    Hello all,

I keep getting random bsods that point towards file corruption errors.

I know the first culprit should be the ram, but I have ran memtest86+ over night and sp2004 orthos to check any stability issues with the ram, all came out clean.

I remember back in the day when I had the NF7-S motherboard, that a certain raid bios had corruption issues, and could be updated.

Is there anyway I could find out where to download and update the raid bios?

My roommate has the exact same setup as I do (same brand ram and same cpu), except with only 1 hardrive and so far his has been working perfectly.

Any help would be appreciated

Oh and I'm (as well as my roommate) have BIOS: W840.028

why dont you unraid it. before that and also maybe it could be a corupted install. maybe a bad hdd. i had a bad hdd once in my acer and it caused problems.

you should also see if the cpu screw on the cpu socket is tightly screwed.

or you can press the reset button on the side and it should reset your cmos.

Yea I had these hard-drives in my P-7811 FX before, they worked fine for a good 2 months raided. I installed windows xp and 7 about 6 times, yep checked my cpu socket, reset the cmos too, but I think the power socket of the cpu fan, the plastic casing was/is causing a short, it looks cracked. But yea now there is no power at all.

Thanks for the help though, i got an rma # and shipping label ready.
