I ordered my Znote 6214W on Dec. 20, and on the order form it said delivery date was the same day (which cant be right). Since then I havnt heard anything from Zepto, so yesterday I wrote them a mail asking about an approx. delivery date. Today I got a reply saying that they will answer my question on Jan. 8.
So my question is: how can it take 4 days to answer a simple request about an approx. delivery date?
My customer number is 35266664 and my confirmation number is 56412, Im hoping someone from Zepto reads this and has an explanation.

Zepto´s support is very busy at the time, I have also waited a mail since dec. 20.But i have got the answer at my questions here at notebook forum

I think your best chances for a quick reply (if 1/8 is not fast enough) is to call them. Your phone call can't be put into a pile like an email can be.
