    Whether it is wired or wireless, the connection is always stuck at acquiring network address. The wireless adapter does detect a wireless conection, but it just gets stuck there. Any ideas? :(

    Got the hgl30.

    My Toshiba Satellite has the most trouble connecting to the wireless internet! I am SOO SICK of it!!! Can someone PLEASE help me??
    I turn my laptop on, and it boots up. Then, it tries to find a wireless connection. When it finds one, it tries to connect automatically, which is good. But when I do find a connection, it takes my laptop AT LEAST 1/2 hour to connect to the internet. Can anyone tell me WHY THIS TAKES SO LONG??? I get so frustrated sometimes that I'd like to just throw the laptop out the window! Please help!!! Thanks!

    @sanstar2007
    Please don't start talking about you own problem, the post is placed by some person that needs help or assistance.

    @madvilz, have you got thisnotebook for a long time or have you installed a new router.
    Check if you have adjusted the TCP/IP settings for the wired and the wireless card if so set this back to default.

    Go to Start -> Run and type CMD. You should now be at a command prompt. Now type IPCONFIG/release hit Enter and then type IPCONFIG/renew and hit Enter.

    See if this renews your IP and assigns your system a IP address.
