    Got it without an Operating System and all attempts to load either Windows XP (Sp3), or other start up "Fix" only get "Boot Manager Missing". The Internal CDRW/DVD Drive Spins with the flashing panel light flickering whichever way I install a CD briefly, either at startup or when running.
    Any idea's on how to reinstall or fix the Boot Manager as I can't get it to
    to read the CD Drive to do the setup?
