Sorry, I'm so urgent that I had to create a post like this catching attention from him.

I have found P1 to be very responsive to email! Phoebusvh will be taken care of.

Yes, so far very well. My first purchase from P1 was a Sony Vaio Z591, and I would also like to say I was pleased with the implementation of their bloatware-free image. But I found the 1600x900 screen wasn't very comfortable to me. That was said not to discourage anyone from it- it is gorgeous- just consider your options carefully. In spite of the research time, it looks like I made an error. I had seen the posted pictures of 1600x900 vs. 1366x768 but if only it had been in real life before my purchase had been made... No matter though. I have returned the Z591 with no problems within the allowed 30 days and my replacement- a Z570 at 1366x768 is in-process. I expect I will find nothing but the best with the replacement. Any questions I have had were met promptly. P1's service is like having a personal laptop concierge. That would not be found with the big retailers!

Maybe Phoebusvh will bring this thread to a happy close with his or her tale too.

Hi guys! Always glad to hear that we take such good care of everyone.

I know this post will seem buried, but that's intentional at this early stage. We're quietly beginning development of new P1 branded notebooks and would like to hear from you first. What do you look for in a notebook but haven't been able to find? Appreciate your help!

    Thanks
