    Hey Guys,

I have a big Problem. I wanted to upgrade my CPU in my JHL90 from a T5750 (2,0Ghz 2Mb L2 Cache 667Mhz FSB to a T9600 (Apple Version 2,8Ghz 6Mb L2 Cach 1066Mhz FSB). First it worked fine. But when I play CS:S the Temp of my CPU rises over 100°C (Normal is between 50-65°C) and I get FPS Decrease for a few seconds. Then I play with around 30 FPS (normally I got around 150-200Fps). The CPU and thermal compound are brand new. Is the problem caused due the Apple Version (E8235) or is it just that the JHL90 handle that CPU? BTW: The Problem isn't caused by my 9600M GT it runs @ 60°C

    Thank you very much

Make sure the heatsink is fully touching the processor... or you may not have 'burned in' the thermal paste properly.

The TDP of the 5750 is 35 watts yes, but the TDP of the T9600 is also 35W...

So where did you get an E8235 from??

Apparently the Apple iMac 24' comes with an E8235 which is clocked at 2.8GHz same as the T9600. And he took his T9600 from a Mac...

How the heck do you keep your JHL90 gpu at 60'C while playing games? Mine's at 67'C currently, not playing any games... - -

What drivers do you use? Do you use the ones from here?
    http://www.compal.com/asp/driver_dnd/index.htm
or do you use the nvidia drivers, currently 195.62?

My JHL90's too hot... 60'C? I've never heard of it from a JHL90 user!
    I need to knowww!!

with the zalman nc-2000 my JHL90 doesn't go above 74 GPU while gaming, and just under 60 for CPU while under 100%. Normally it idles around 60GPU, 40 CPU.
