This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Just placed my order for my new P1 MX!

    Ivan was just as helpful as everyone said he would be. Ordering was a breeze and Ivan helped me figure out every little detail involving my purchase - including accessories that I am buying from other retailers. System specs:

    P1 MX:
    -Dothan 755 processor @ 2.0 GHz
    -2GB RAM
    -3COM Bluetooth PAN
    -all of the other specs on their website

    I ordered a LaCie 250GB external hard drive [directly from LaCie] for my music library and backing up my new notebook. Through Amazon I bought a Think Outside Bluetooth mouse that is actually intended for Pocket PCs but got excellent reviews for working so well with notebooks. Lastly, I picked up a really good surge protector off Amazon for just $20. Oh yeah - I'm excited.

    Next I'm going to buy about a 19" monitor for the notebook and my current dual processor Mac desktop. College is going to be great.
